employees. We are the professional mechanical seals manufacturer in China since
1998.
Our brand "Zhenye" has been registered. All kinds of the complete mechanical seals applying to different working conditions, which included cartridge type, rubber bellow type, metal bellow type and O-ring type. Many of the special mechanical seals designed and produced per year base on the customers needs. The mechanical seals internal diameter that we can produce it from 6mm to 250mm. The highest pressure can be reached to 16Mpa. Meanwhile, we produce different spare parts with the material Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide, Ceramic, and Carbon in seal rings, bushings, thrust disc. The products designs according to DIN24960, EN12756, IS03069, AP1610, AP1682 and GB6556-94 standards. The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, machinery, metallurgy, shipbuilding, sewage treatment, printing and dyeing, food industry, pharmacy, automobile and so on.The company has a number of highly qualified technical and management personnel, we have some professional engineers and technicians for mechanical seals and pumps, who can design different mechanical seals, develop solutions and supply best service on site. We also have further cooperation with some university. We use the ERP and PLM system. We continued to develop and introduce new products and technologies per year for designing the new products to meet with customers needs. To ensure the products quality, we have many advanced production and inspection equipments. Our company set up one perfect quality management system, we obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality system certification and obtained Mechanical Seals Production License. For the auto market, we are introducing ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality standards.
